I used *lucias-stock as a reference for pose and a couple peices of jewelry. Everything is painted by hand except for a couple things I used brushes for, and the basic part of the background which is a purchased resource.... so thanks to `spiritsighs & ~wycked-stock for the bubbles/fog/light rays - you are awesome! Everything else is my own painstaking work with the help of the reference photo.

All work done in Photoshop CS w/mouse and wacom, many many, many hours of work

I am not sure if its open to just using her stock as a refernce instead of a manip but I sent a note and asked so if it is I will enter it. My brain is fried I am so tired...good night and thank you for the comment =)
